Both of these Max Trainer machines have been discontinued and replaced with the M6 & M8.
Bowflex M7 vs M8
Bowflex replaced the M7 with the M8 in 2018. One of the biggest additions to the new M8 is the Max Intelligence Platform app. This is a subscription based app that gives you customized workouts based on your available workout time, video workouts, fitness assessment, and in-depth analysis tracking with rewards. It is available for iOS and Android devices.
The M8 is also compatible with the Run Social app, Bowflex radio (coming soon), and Samsung Health (coming soon.)
Max Intelligence is also available for the Max Trainer M6.
